Wy’east Pizza started from the notion that good pizza can be quick, healthy, affordable, and most importantly, fresh and delicious.  We believe that honest hard work, integrity, craftsmanship and community will always triumph over mechanized mass production and corporate anonymity. We are lovers of the outdoors, so the thought of making pizza “outside” in a converted 1974 camper trailer seemed most intriguing.  ”Wy’east” is the original name of the mountain we have come to know as “Mt. Hood.”  Experiences on and around the mountain, as in baking, are governed by something larger than ourselves.
